Insurance and Payment Plans
Insurance:
We are not an in-network provider and do not work with insurance companies. This decision allows us to keep our fees fair and dedicate more time to each patient. We strive to provide high-quality care with state-of-the-art technology to our patients, but the reduced fees imposed by insurance companies would hinder our ability to do so. Low payouts force dentists to cut corners, leading to rushed appointments, high patient volume, limited treatment options, and compromised materials or techniques. Our model would not work with corporate dental insurance.
Out-of-Network Claims Assistance
If you do have dental insurance, we can provide our patients with the information and supporting documentation needed to create and submit an out-of-network dental insurance claim. Most of the information needed can be found on payment receipts, and we’re happy to show our patients what information might be needed to create and submit a claim independently.
Full payment at the time of service.
The insurance company can reimburse you directly if you have a dental insurance plan with out-of-network coverage.
Commitment to Patient-Centric Care
Our primary commitment is to your health and well-being rather than adhering to insurance guidelines. We strive to provide the best treatments based on what is most beneficial for our patients. Our approach is rooted in patient-centric and holistic dentistry, utilizing the cleanest and most biocompatible materials. We value each patient's unique needs and aim to deliver excellent care from a holistic perspective.
Freedom from Insurance Constraints
Being an in-network provider often means adhering to specific treatment guidelines and protocols set by insurance companies. By operating as an out-of-network provider, we prioritize your health and well-being without the limitations imposed by insurance company mandates.
